Microsoft Releases Bing Maps SDK for iOS

Microsoft has made available a software developers kit that will allow application writers to add Bing Maps to their iPhone applications. Developers can use the tools in the SDK to access Bing's road, aerial, and hybrid aerial maps. It also offers the ability to add pushpins to maps and use the iPhone's GPS radio to locate the phone on the map. Using Bing Maps within applications would allow developers to circumvent the map program that is built into iOS. The SDK is free for registered developers to download and use.(follow link to read)
