Research In Motion today confirmed that it has acquired The Astonishing Tribe (TAT). TAT designs software and user interfaces for mobile devices. The company is known for producing good user experiences. RIM saus that TAT's UI concepts and designs will be incorporated into its PlayBook tablet and smartphones.
